Meet the jurors

Andrea Smith

A world peace artist, philosopher and peace activator was born and raised in Detroit and graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She moved to Maui, Hawaii in 1981. She has been referred to as a painter of the spirit and always depicted as a colorist. Her work is created in an unusual outdoor studio where the natural sunlight permeates into everything she paints.

Jim Peterson 

Sedona Photographer Jim Peterson grew up in northwestern New Mexico, and has lived many places coast to coast. Jim’s work is inspired by a lifelong love of the natural world, which in turn was a very predictable result of growing up in the Southwest.  His works have won prizes and been nominated as finalists in several prestigious international competitions

Cyndi Thau 

Originally from Arizona, Cyndi attended college at Arizona State University where she obtained a degree in design from the College of Architecture. She later obtained a second degree in computer graphic design. Recently included in the book “Sedona’s Best Artists” by Louise Sheldon MacDonald, Cyndi is honored to be in the company of so many accomplished artists.

Robert Michael Siracusa 

Robert Michael Siracusa began sculpting with Vince Ricci Studio and at the SMFA in Boston. In 1986 after being accepted as a full time student at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, he continued studies of the figure and stone sculpture.  He also attended The Carving Studio in Vermont and traveled to Carrara, Italy for further study. Robert also utilizes his talent as a SFX film production makeup artist.
